St. Hilary’s Food Truck Feast - Calling All Food Truck Vendors: St. Hilary's is Looking for You!

VENDOR DAYS & Hours : Monday, Wednesday,  & Friday 9 AM to 4 PM  & Tuesday & Thursday 11 AM - TBD

APPLICATION: I request permission to sell products and agree to pay the church the 10% of sales fee or set fee. (Non-refundable)

Application Steps:

1. Fill out Application (this Google Form: https://forms.gle/mHs3FgWo5agCBvn78)

2. Sign Contract, Vendor Agreement & Waiver - An email PDF will be sent to Vendors. Contract will be month-to-month.

3. Provide Insurance - Provide an insurance certificate and add St. Hilary's Church as "Additionally insured".  

4. A. Contract in the amount of $600 for 4 weeks. Non-refundable $150 due at the beginning of each week or a set 20% of each day that you are on the property. Pay options: Mail drop off at church office/mailbox,

FAQ: 

1. Booth spaces - Parking Space 16' x 24' (We will give you 3 parking spaces for the truck)

2. Bring your own table(s), chair(s), and ez-up as needed

3. Please bring your own power source 

4. Church house will be available for bathroom use for vendor(s) only.  A key will be provided(only for contracted Vendors).  The kitchen will not be available for use.
